Do you Know that its you that God loves? How many times have we heard the statement , God loves you, God cares for you, he knows the number of Hair on your head,, and so on.

Most of the time we hear these statements and it looks like a blanket statement oscillating in the air . Often, we miss the reality that its us who God loves. God loves you and i personaly. Its not just about statistics but he really loves you. When we say God is love, its not as if he makes up his mind to love you the moment that statement is uttered rather God loved you before your frame was formed. Loving you is what was going on before you were born.

what an amazing Love is this accorded to you, Yes you. His love has found its right adress you. Stop seeing yourself as less priviledged or less loved and be encoountered by this great God of love who determiined to love you even when you were a sinner.

we learn of this great love that comes with unlimited patience from Paul as he sought the accuracy to express it in a letter.

1st Timothy 1:14-16The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. 15 Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners--of whom I am the worst. 16 But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his unlimited patience as an example for those who would believe on him and receive eternal life. 

 

he came to save you and me . He is not waiting to chase you away but to recieve you. Have you encountered a God so loving that you feel encountered already before you encounter him or is the information you have about him is God who is so distant that he has to be dug out as a quarry, has to be shouted to come near, God is near, nearer than your next breath, truer than the words of men can express. He loves you, yes he does
